- Represented a real estate company in a lawsuit against the former owner of a real estate portfolio acquired by the company.
- Represented a Dutch mobile phone retail chain in a lawsuit against an international mobile network operator.
- Represented the major shareholder of an Italy-based international manufacturer of cooling storage products and related products in shareholders dispute.
- Represented Moravel Investment Ltd. in case against Rosneft and Promneftstroy (in Yukos proceedings, JOR 2009/168).
- Represented Group Menatep Ltd. in the proceedings surrounding Yukos Oil Company (JOR 2006/303).
- Represented Moravel Investment Ltd. in Chapter 15 proceeding before U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York
- Represented a European railway company in international binding advice proceedings.
- Acted as legal counsel to U.S.-based investment fund in relation to Teva's bid on Mylan shares, and the protective scheme used by Mylan.
- Represented Getronics in public bid on PinkRoccade.
- Acted as counsel to the Corgwell Group in various matters.
