Yangyang Jia focuses his practice on traditional IPOs, SPACs, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border private equity and general corporate matters across various industries and sectors. Yangyang counsels both public and private companies in capital markets transactions. He regularly drafts and reviews registration statements and other offering documents for IPOs (including SPACs), and transaction documents for multiple-round financings and M&A deals. He is also experienced in FINRA filings and various legal due diligence projects.
