Dylan Lowe is a corporate attorney who advises clients on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity financings. He brings a distinctive perspective to his transactional practice as a former startup founder and patent holder who built a restaurant and hospitality automation technology company from the ground up, securing venture capital funding and partnering with Fortune 500 companies in the restaurant, cruise, and hotel industries.

Dylan’s entrepreneurial background gives him a practical understanding of the business considerations that drive deal-making. His firsthand experience navigating venture capital fundraising, intellectual property development, and commercial partnerships allows him to counsel clients with an operator's insight into the challenges and opportunities that arise in complex transactions.

Before law school, Dylan spent nearly a decade in business roles spanning sales engineering, marketing, and company leadership. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he served as a staff editor of the Oregon Law Review, and externed for the Hon. Ann Aiken of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
