Emma Skowron advises public and private companies on financing transactions and corporate governance. She drafts and negotiates transaction documents, including resolutions, consents, legal opinions, and various commercial agreements. Her practice includes work in the venture capital and private equity space, where she works with clients in all phases of the life cycle, including entity formation, governance structures, mergers, acquisitions and other transformative events.
Emma has a strong foundation in corporate and alternative entity law, including corporate governance and transactional work.
