Paul F. Stibbe concentrates on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on real estate and construction disputes. He counsels clients on a large variety of pre-dispute issues, as well as represents their interests in complex arbitrations, mediations, and business litigation in state and federal courts. His typical matters include landlord-tenant and shopping center disputes, conveyance and post-closing disputes among real estate buyers, sellers, brokers, and managers, JV and partnership disputes, disputes between owners and managers, as well as mechanics liens and construction disputes. In addition, Paul has experience representing clients in environmental, energy, bankruptcy, and products liability matters.

Paul maintains an active pro bono practice, including recent work with The National Immigrant Justice Center. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Paul was an associate at an Am Law 100 law firm in Chicago.
