Georgia Tsignopoulos is an attorney in Greenberg Traurig’s Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in New York. She advises financial institutions, investors, creditors, special committees, and other stakeholders in connection with corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, financing transactions, foreclosures, and related litigation matters. Her experience spans matters involving real estate, financial services, insurance, health care, retail, energy, and technology companies.
Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Georgia served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Grossman of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also has experience advising clients on corporate and real estate matters across the European Union, providing her with a cross-border perspective on restructuring and transactional matters.
