Alexander R. Weiner focuses on broker-dealer securities litigation and arbitration, including before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Alex is experienced in a wide-array of complex civil and securities litigations and enforcement actions. Alex has represented clients in numerous FINRA arbitrations, multibillion-dollar civil securities litigations, bet-the-company SEC investigations, multibillion-dollar acquisition-related commercial disputes, and on 100+ million-dollar contract disputes.
Alex recently completed a federal clerkship for the Honorable Wilma A. Lewis in the U.S. District Court for the District of the Virgin Islands, St. Croix Division, and has previously interned for the Honorable Frederic Block, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
