Philadelphia VIP Tangled Titles Workshop

GT Philadelphia's Real Estate Team, led by Of Counsel Will Krogh, will host a training with Philadelphia VIP outlining the discrete pro bono engagements that can help address the vexing challenge of "tangled titles" in Philadelphia. This presentation will review the impact of this considerable socioeconomic issue facing thousands of city residents struggling financially and under threat of losing their homestead due to misfiled, missing, or otherwise compromised deeds, often related to familial possession.
