Food and Advertising, Labeling, and Litigation Conference (FDLI)

The Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) is a nonprofit membership organization that offers education, training, publications, and professional engagement opportunities in the field of food and drug law. As a neutral convener, FDLI provides a venue for stakeholders to inform innovative public policy, law, and regulation.

Following the transition to a new administration, the ongoing discussions surrounding food and dietary supplement ingredients, color additives, and related topics highlight increasing uncertainty about the future regulatory landscape. Join FDLI for this two-day conference to learn from and network with leading practitioners and experts in the food and dietary supplement industry, legal practitioners, members of consumer protection organizations, and regulators, all of whom will address the most pressing issues and challenges in product advertising, labeling, and litigation. Rick Shackelford, Co-Chair of the firm's Food, Beverage & Agribusiness Practice is on the planning committee for the conference.
