Greenberg Traurig’s Nina Boyajian Recognized in Daily Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” List

LOS ANGELES – May 18, 2016 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s intellectual property litigator Nina Boyajian has been selected as a 2016 “Top 40 Under 40” attorney in California by the Daily Journal. The list recognizes attorneys under the age of 40 in California who have demonstrated significant legal accomplishments in their practice and have garnered high levels of respect among their peers.

Boyajian, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, focuses her practice on trademark counseling, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation; copyright counseling, enforcement, and litigation; unfair competition/false advertising counseling, and litigation; entertainment and media counseling and litigation; trade secret litigation; and TCPA class action defense. She also has experience litigating general business disputes and consumer class actions. Her nearly 10 years of litigation and trial experience extends to both state and federal courts.

Boyajian has been an ambassador for Public Counsel’s Run for Justice for the past eight years. She also served as pro bono counsel in removal proceedings of a human and women’s rights activist from the Democratic Republic of Congo seeking asylum in the United States; the client is now a lawful U.S. citizen.
