WARSAW –18 June 2019 – Lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office are advising Madison International Realty and Ghelamco on the sale of the Warsaw Spire A office building.
The transaction involves the sale by affiliates of Madison International Realty and Ghelamco of their respective 50% stakes in the building to Immofinanz through a share deal. The transaction is subject to customary anti-trust approval.
The Greenberg Traurig team is led by Partner Radomił Charzyński, supported by Senior Associate Kamil Majewski and Associates: Michał Niećko and Karolina Woronko-Kawa.

The Warsaw Spire A, with 49 floors in a 220-meter tower, is currently the tallest office building in Warsaw. The Warsaw Spire retail-office complex also includes two auxiliary buildings, Warsaw Spire B and Warsaw Spire C. The entire Warsaw Spire complex won the Best Office & Business Development category MIPIM 2017 Award in Cannes, France.
