ALBANY, N.Y. – Nov. 16, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP strategically expanded its Health Care & FDA Practice with the addition of Randi Imbriaco as of counsel in the Albany office.
Randi brings more than 20 years of health care experience working with both private insurance companies and governmental regulatory agencies, including serving as director of plan management for the New York State Department of Health during the creation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). She most recently served as senior counsel of the Northeast Region for Oscar Health.
Randi assists clients with matters related to health benefit exchanges, health insurance operations, commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Child Health Plus, regulatory analysis, compliance, strategy, and policy making. She provides strategic legal guidance on regulatory matters, including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters rules, and exchange rules.
