Greenberg Traurig’s Space & Satellite Group Recognized in 2025 Chambers USA Guide

WASHINGTON, D.C. – June 13, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP's Space & Satellite Group has been ranked in Band 2 in the 2025 edition of the Chambers USA Guide. This is the first year the guide has included a Space Law category.

Chambers described the Greenberg Traurig team as having “a strong reputation for advising space and satellite companies on a wide range of regulatory compliance and commercial matters.” The guide ranked a total of six law firms across the top two bands in its inaugural list.

In addition to the practice accolade, two Space & Satellite Group practitioners received individual recognitions. Shareholder Milton “Skip” Smith received a Band 1 ranking, with clients describing him as “very experienced and knowledgeable, especially in managing complex international interests in a matter.” They further said Smith is “a veteran of the industry” and “an excellent resource for launch risk mitigation and regulatory compliance for those launches.” Laura Cummings was named to the “Associates to Watch” list, with clients describing her as “truly outstanding” and “very knowledgeable and a brilliant person to work with.”
