WARSAW - March 24, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig represented Deka Immobilien in the acquisition of the Generation Park Z office building located in the Wola business district of Warsaw.
The transaction was led by Senior Associate Karolina Kuźniak, supported by Associate Michał Niećko. Partner Radomił Charzyński supervised the work of the team.
The transaction was negotiated under extraordinary circumstances due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and with preserving all safety measures for all its participants.
