Josh Mandel is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami Office. Mr. Mandel represents clients in federal and state courts, and is experienced in all stages of litigation, from drafting complaints through dispositive motions, discovery, settlement, jury trial, and post-trial proceedings. He is also experienced in representing clients during internal investigations.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Mandel served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Mandel was previously an associate for two years in the Cleveland, Ohio office of a full-service law firm, where he defended clients in federal and state courts in matters involving civil rights, defamation, fraud, and breach of contract.
