Josh is a trial lawyer who represents clients in high-stakes M&A and commercial disputes. Known for crafting creative and relentless strategies, Josh has recovered well over $100 million for plaintiffs and claimants alike—be it in court, arbitration, representations and warranties insurance coverage, or across the negotiating table—and likewise defends clients facing bet-the-company liability. Josh works closely with in-house counsel and business principals to protect his clients’ interests and pursue the legal aspects of their broader business goals.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Josh served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to that, he served for two years as a trial attorney at a full-service national law firm.

  • Representing a buyer prosecuting claims in Delaware court for fraudulent representations and warranties by the seller in connection with a $325 million transaction in the kitchen-appliances industry.
  • Representing private-equity portfolio company in federal court in the first Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) -related litigation in the country.
  • Representation of a public entity regarding private property rights and land use regulations relating to a habitat conservation plan.
  • Represented defendants in a defamation case that garnered national media attention after a six-week jury trial.°
