Clint is an energy-focused corporate attorney who advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, capital markets, and other strategic and financial transactions. He has experience representing investor-owned utilities. Drawing on his prior industry experience working in the energy sector, Clint brings deep insight to his representation of clients operating in this space. He has counselled clients on a number of buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, including public company deals. Clint also has experience advising on commercial transactions including to investor-owned utilities on connecting and supplying large load customers and data center projects.

- Representing multiple investor-owned utilities across the United States in negotiating construction agreements, energy supply agreements (including sleeving arrangements) and related tariff matters with respect to connecting and supplying large load customers and data center projects.
- Representing investor-owned utility in asset divestitures of multiple renewable energy project sites.
- Representing solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) and developer in project financing and repowering of solar generation sites.
- Represented midstream MLP in divestment of joint venture for produced water operations.
- Represented strategic buyers in the chemical commodities industry on acquisitions of numerous water treatment businesses.°
- Represented financial sponsors in platform acquisitions as well as add-on, bolt-on, and tuck-in transactions spanning a number of different industries.°
