Clint is an energy-focused corporate attorney who advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, capital markets, and other strategic and financial transactions. He has experience representing investor-owned utilities. Drawing on his prior industry experience working in the energy sector, Clint brings deep insight to his representation of clients operating in this space. He has counselled clients on a number of buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, including public company deals. Clint also has experience advising on commercial transactions including to investor-owned utilities on connecting and supplying large load customers and data center projects.
