Przemysław Susoł focuses on real estate law. He handles transactions involving the acquisition and sale of real estate and real estate companies by Polish and foreign investors, including banks, developers, and investment and private equity funds. He assists with legal due diligence investigations and advises on the documentation for real estate, share and asset transactions. He also provides day-to-day legal advice to clients on matters relating to the management of real estate assets.

  • Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of two logistics parks located in Szczecin and Łódź, comprising 61,450 sqm and 34,420 sqm respectively, from logistics property developer 7R.
  • Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wrocław with a total lease area of 38,178 sqm.
  • Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek E office and service building in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction was approx. EUR 79 million.
  • Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, on the acquisition of the Warsaw Unit office building located in the Wola district of Warsaw from Ghelamco.
  • Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of the logistics park P3 Wrocław II located in Wrocław, with a total lease area of 185,000 sq. m.
  • Participated in the work for REDKOM Development in the sale of 100% of the shares in the company holding the retail complex Park Handlowy Glinianka located near Warsaw to CEE-BIG Europe.
