- Participated in the work for Auchan Polska and Ceetrus in connection with the sale of a retail portfolio of eight shopping centers located across Poland to Adventum Penta Fund SCA SICAV-RAIF, a Hungarian investment fund.
- Participated in the work for Solida Capital Europe in connection with the strategic partnership with leading aparthotel operator Staycity Group for the development of the first Staycity Aparthotel in Warsaw. The transaction marked Staycity’s entry into the Polish market.

- Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of two logistics parks located in Szczecin and Łódź, comprising 61,450 sqm and 34,420 sqm respectively, from the logistics property developer 7R.
- Participated in the work for Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wrocław with a total leasable area of 38,178 sqm.
- Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, on the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek E office and services building in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction was approx. EUR 79 million.
- Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, on the acquisition of the Warsaw Unit office building located in the Wola district of Warsaw from Ghelamco.
- Participated in the work for P3 Logistic Parks in connection with the acquisition of the P3 Wrocław II logistics park located in Wrocław, with a total leasable area of 185,000 sqm.
- Participated in the work for REDKOM Development on the sale of 100% of the shares in the company holding the Park Handlowy Glinianka retail complex located near Warsaw to CEE-BIG Europe.
