Patrycja Wakuluk focuses her practice on corporate and transactional advisory, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital/private equity transactions. She has advised Polish and foreign clients, including VC funds, project founders, and business angels on equity investments and exit transactions. She advises clients on all stages of transactions, including M&A in the form of asset and share deals. She has participated in due diligence processes, followed by negotiations and the creation of final documentation.

- Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in connection with the acquisition of the Warsaw Unit office building located in the Wola district of Warsaw from Ghelamco. The transaction value was EUR 280 million, which makes it the largest office transaction in Europe in 2024.
- Participated in the work for PIB Agency in connection with the acquisition of 100% of shares in Risk Partner, Cellent and Vero Services.
- Participated in the work for PIB Group Poland in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in two insurance brokerage companies, mBroker NET and inBroker NET.
- Participated in the work for PIB Group Poland in connection with the acquisition of 100% of shares in Fincon (specialist reinsurance and insurance broker).
- Participated in the work for WOOD & Company in connection with the signing of a joint venture agreement with the GARBE Industrial Real Estate Poland, a developer of warehouse and industrial spaces, for the GARBE Park Gliwice project in the Silesian Province.
- Participated in the work for Generali Investments CEE in connection wth the acquisition by Generali Fond Realit of an SPV holding a logistics park located in Zabrze from Panattoni. The logistics park situated in Zabrze, within the Katowice Special Economic Zone, covers a total area of 45,000 sqm.
- Advised a Polish venture capital fund on the financing of an investment target, a Polish well-tech company offering online wellbeing support.°
- Participated in the work for a Polish company (the largest e-commerce platform and the largest Italian fashion aggregator) in connection with the cross-border sale of 100% of the company's shares to a Czech company.°
- Participated in the work for the founders of the second largest self-storage operator in Poland in connection with a joint venture investment with a private equity fund.°
- Participated in the work for an investor in connection with an investment in a modern startup - a platform that enables complex HR processes and HR analytics.°
- Participated in the work for a venture capital fund in connection with the entry into a company and recapitalization of an investment target, a manufacturer and seller of yachts, boats and ships.°
- Participated in the work for a venture capital fund in connection with the due diligence process and an investment with business angels in Petgram, an innovative social network that allows users to track their pets' location, monitor their activity, communicate with other pet owners, and earn points for walks that can be redeemed for discounts.°
- Participated in the work for the founder in connection with an investment in a high-tech med-tech startup offering an innovative device for recording open-heart electrographic (ECG) signals.°
