Annabelle “Lane” McKell

Lane McKell focuses her practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in a variety of commercial finance transactions, including asset-based lending transactions, revolving and term loan facilities, and acquisition financings. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Lane also gained experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, advising financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters, and assisting financial institutions with navigating compliance reviews, investigations, complaints, and enforcement actions.
