WASHINGTON, D.C. – June 21, 2022 – Johnine P. Barnes, chair of the Washington, D.C. Labor & Employment Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, spoke at Driving Diversity in Law & Leadership: Washington D.C., part of Centerforce’s Diversity in Law Series. Greenberg Traurig sponsored the summit.
Barnes spoke on the opening panel, “Leading Through Uncertainty: Prioritizing DEI Through Times of Transition.” The panel discussed prioritizing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in a hybrid workplace and the responsibility of a company’s general counsel as a leader in the “New Normal.”
Barnes has wide-ranging experience in labor and employment law.
