PARIS – Oct. 27, 2023 – Three lawyers from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will speak at the International Bar Association’s (IBA) 2023 Annual Conference, the world's largest and most prestigious international gathering of legal professionals, taking place from Oct. 29 to Nov. 3 in Paris.
Bruno Cova, European co-chair of the Restructuring & Insolvency and Compliance groups, and Alex Swan, of counsel in the London White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice, will participate in a mock trial, “The Briber’s Dilemma in Parallel Criminal, Arbitral and Civil Asset Recovery Proceedings.” Miami Litigation Shareholder Enjoliqué A. Lett will also take part in a panel titled “Sailing Uncharted Waters: Exploring the Developing Legal Landscape at the Intersection of ESG and Product Liability.”
