Sacramento shareholder Michelle Hallsten will be speaking on a session titled, "PD Session: Understanding Key Provisions of Basic Business Contracts - A CFO's Guide to Efficient and Effective Contract Review" hosted by Financial Executives International (FEI) on June 30, 2022. This PD session will focus on the following basic business contracts and will also address the benefits of using well-vetted templates for certain basic business contracts. Topics to be discussed include nondisclosure agreements (mutual and unilateral), memoranda of understanding, letters of intent, IP License Agreements (inbound), real estate leases and equipment leases.
