Tania Diab is an associate in the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dubai office. She advises on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, series financings, private equity, investment funds, corporate restructurings, and cross-border structuring and market entry matters. Tania also has experience in international commercial litigation relating to corporate, insolvency, contractual and shareholder claims. She works with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and corporates across sectors including technology and AI, financial services, energy, and real estate and hospitality.
