Fiona Prendergast is a senior associate in the Real Estate Finance team in London and has experience working on a variety of matters advising on the financing of real estate assets including an array of development and investment facilities; senior loans, mezzanine facilities involving multiple jurisdictions.

She has acted for a range of national and international sponsors, banks, and debt funds across a variety of asset classes including hotels, offices, student accommodation and residential buildings.
