Our workplaces have evolved. No longer are they just places where individuals come to earn a pay check, service clients, do good business or provide support for corporate causes or missions. Recent events involving encounters with law enforcement – some leading to death or grave bodily harm – and resulting protests have led to workplace discussions about disenfranchised minority communities, systemic racism and injustice.
Greenberg Traurig and Marc Morial held a discussion on how corporations and their leaders can assist in healing and making our communities and businesses better by supporting organizations that advance social justice and racial equity, while achieving the corporations’ underlying business objectives and strategies.
