31st Annual National Federal Sentencing Guidelines Seminar

The Basic Federal Sentencing Guidelines Training Conference presented by The Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and The Criminal Law Section of the Federal Bar Association is designed to provide an introduction to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. Jordan Behlman will moderate and Gregory Kehoe is a panelist for "Effective Defense Sentencing Advocacy" in which the panel will walk attendees through the process of preparing a strong, persuasive sentencing memorandum, and sentencing presentation to the court.

Panelists:

Gregory Kehoe, Shareholder, Greenberg Traurig.  With more than 30 years of trial experience, Gregory W. Kehoe has a national and international practice focusing on the representation of individuals, corporations, and financial institutions. This includes representation before federal and state courts as well as international tribunals.  Mr. Kehoe worked for the U.S. Department of Justice as a prosecutor for over 20 years with postings in the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. While serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, he was responsible for prosecuting a number of high-profile cases involving financial institutions and corporate fraud allegations, as well as racketeering charges.

Robert O'Neill, O'Neill Law Group, SI Global Partners.  As the former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida and U.S. Department of Justice Deputy Chief In Charge of Litigation- Narcotics and Dangerous Drug Section, Mr. O'Neill brings a wealth of knowledge on effective defense sentencing advocacy.
