ULI UK is hosting their annual Capital Markets Forum on Tuesday 27 June at the Science Gallery in London. Topics will include the latest trends and future outlook for UK capital markets.
Greenberg Traurig hosted the ULI UK Capital Markets Roundtable on 23 May – the precursor to this event where panellists and attendees considered the state of the UK real estate capital markets for both equity and debt investment. Their conclusions will be presented and debated at the Forum to a larger audience who will have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion.
The presentations will be followed by a networking drinks reception.
