WARSAW – July 14, 2016 – Greenberg Traurig advised Buma Group in the sale of an A class office building located in the center of Kraków at Aleja Pokoju 5.
Greenberg Traurig provided Buma Group with comprehensive legal advice with respect to the transaction, including assistance during the legal due diligence conducted by the purchaser and the negotiation of all transaction documents, including the sale agreement.
The transaction was led by Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz and Senior Associate Małgorzata Kercz.
