Filip Widuch focuses his practice on real estate transactions. He assists clients, in particular developers, investment funds, private equity funds and banks, in work connected with property sales and real estate M&A transactions. His experience includes transactions involving offices, hotels, retail parks, PRS developments, logistics parks and mixed-use properties.

  • Advised Merity Funds, a sister company of Trigea Real Estate Fund specialized in development projects, on the acquisition of a real estate property located in Gliwice. The development will consist of two buildings with a total GLA of approx. 60,000 sq. m on approx. 12 hectares of land.
  • Advised Marvipol Development S.A. on the sale of 138 residential and non-residential units in the Unique Tower complex, situated at Grzybowska in Warsaw, to the Heimstaden Bostad Group.
  • Advised Marvipol Development S.A. on the block sale of rental apartments in the first stage of Moko Botanika to the Heimstaden Bostad Group.
  • Advised JV Partners, including 7R, MFC Real Estate and DIL Polska Baumanagement on the sale of 7R CITY FLEX WARSAW AIRPORT I, a complex of warehouse buildings located in Warsaw.
  • Advised Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of properties located in Skawina near Kraków. Advice on the transaction included negotiating and signing of the development management agreement with MDC2.
  • Advised CA IMMO on a transaction concerning the sale of all shares in the company holding the Wspólna 47-49 office building located in Warsaw, to Yareal.
  • Advised EQT Exeter in connection with the acquisition of a Polish logistics portfolio consisting of 5 class-A warehouse projects.
  • Represented Marvipol Development S.A. in connection with the sale of a portfolio of residential buildings in Warsaw, including apartments in the Unique Apartments mixed-use complex located in the Wola district of Warsaw and Moko Botanika complex in the Mokotów district of Warsaw for a PRS project and in connection with the establishment of a condominium structure.
  • Represented Hillwood Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the acquisition of various properties in Poland, including greenfield and brownfield properties for the purpose of logistics park developments.
  • Represented CA Immobilien Anlagen AG in connection with the acquisition of all shares in P14 Sp. z o.o., the owner of the Postępu 14 office building located in the Mokotów district of Warsaw.
  • Advised Madison International Realty in connection with the acquisition of shares in Cavatina Office sp. z o.o., the owner of the Chmielna 89 office building in Warsaw, from Cavatina Holding S.A.
  • Advised Benson Elliot in connection with the acquisition of Diamentum Office in Wrocław.
  • Advised CA Immo in connection with the acquisition of all shares, rights and obligations of the general partner of Warsaw Spire spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Pl. Europejski 6 S.K.A., which owns two buildings in the Warsaw Spire office complex in Warsaw – Spire B and Genesis restaurant.
  • Advised CA Immo in connection with the acquisition of all shares, rights and obligations of the general partner of Ghelamco GP 15 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Pl. Europejski 2 S.K.A., which owns the Spire C building in the Warsaw Spire office complex.
  • Represented HB Reavis in connection with the sale of GBC A and GBC B, A class office buildings located in Warsaw.
  • Represented HB Reavis in connection with the sale of all shares, rights and obligations of the general partner (including the general partner’s rights and obligations in a Luxembourg law partnership) under a corporate structure including the partnerships that own GBC C and GBC D, A class office buildings situated in Warsaw.
  • Advised HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment in connection with the acquisition of Atrium 2, an A class office building located in the center of Warsaw.
  • Advised HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment in connection with the acquisition of Generation Park X, the first building in the Generation Park complex, comprising three top-class office buildings located in Warsaw.
  • Advised LaSalle Investment Management in connection with the acquisition of the Panattoni logistics center located in Wrocław.
  • Advised GENERALI Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of all shares in SIBSEN Invest sp. z o.o., the owner of the office building at Senatorska 18 where mBank S.A.’s headquarters were located.
  • Advised CA Immo AG in connection with the sale of a logistics portfolio in, among other locations, Poland and Romania.
  • Advised Atrium European Management in connection with the internal sale of 10 shopping centers in Poland, including Atrium Copernicus in Toruń and Galeria Dominikańska in Wrocław.
  • Advised Unibail-Rodamco in connection with the development of the Wroclavia shopping center in Wrocław.
  • Advised Hillwood Polska in connection with the development of logistic parks in various locations in Poland.
  • Represented HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment in relation to asset management of the Atrium 2 and Generation Park X office buildings in Warsaw.
  • Represented CAIMMO in relation to asset management of the Spire B, Spire C and Postępu 14 office buildings in Warsaw.
