Becky L. Caruso is a commercial and civil litigation trial attorney with over a decade of experience. She focuses her practice on representing corporate clients, including major retailers, in a broad range of matters, including antitrust litigation and compliance, premises liability, products liability, class action, construction, and real estate matters.

She counsels clients with the goal of limiting a company’s potential litigation exposure and handles all facets of litigation from investigation through discovery and case resolution. Becky also has advocated for clients in trials, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals in New Jersey and New York federal and state courts, and federal courts throughout the country. In addition, Becky is active in Greenberg Traurig’s Women’s Initiative and serves as a mentor for junior attorneys.

  • Representation of product manufacturer in multi-party construction defect suit and handled negotiations resulting in de minimis settlement with plaintiff and obtained dismissal from the co-defendant cross-claimants without payment at an early stage of litigation.
