  • Represented underwriters in connection with KEB Hana Bank’s $425 million floating rate notes offering under its global medium term note program.
  • Represented a Korean conglomerate in connection with its acquisition of a solar energy power project in Minnesota, United States.
  • Represented TissueGene Inc. in connection with its $180 million initial public offering.
