Greenberg Traurig’s Electric Power & Utility Regulation Group collectively has decades of experience with the generation, transmission, distributed resources, trading, and regulated utility segments of the power industry. These segments operate in a complex, intertwined competitive and regulated environment. Our attorneys have the required experience and necessary creativity to help clients strategically navigate this challenging landscape to achieve their goals. Our attorneys have worked for energy regulatory agencies and have long-standing relationships with federal and state commissioners and staff, RTO/ISOs and market monitors.
