In this Marketplace Lunch, CREW Orlando will focus on two areas of development regulation that are undergoing changes at multiple jurisdictional levels. Courtney Keller, Greenberg Traurig Orlando shareholder and CREW Orlando Board secretary hosts a panel of Greenberg Traurig environmental, real estate, land use, and tax attorneys to address these topics. Greenberg Traurig shareholders Kerri Barsh and Alan Sheppard will discuss pending and recent issues in wetland regulations, including local ordinances and the pending Section 404 permitting delegation litigation. Greenberg Traurig shareholders Julie Kendig-Schrader and Marvin Kirsner will overview land use and property tax provisions of the State of Florida Live Local Act and how local governments throughout Florida are implementing its provisions.
