Greenberg Traurig advised Hines on the acquisition of a logistics facility in Wroclaw

WARSAW - November 18, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig advised Hines Pan-European Core Fund on a transaction involving the acquisition of a mezzanine warehouse facility in Wrocław from GLL Real Estate Partners, manager of a fund in the Macquarie Group. Advice on the transaction also included negotiation and signing of the facility agreement.

The logistics facility was developed in 2015 by Panattoni Europe, has a total space of approximately 123,500 sq. m. and is fully leased to a global online retailer.

The transaction was led by Local Partner Małgorzata Kercz, supported by Associate Samanta Wenda-Uszyńska.

Senior Associate Paweł Jaśkiewicz and Associate Iga Czerniak were responsible for the financing aspects of the transaction.

The due diligence team included Associate Aleksandra Kaczmarek as well as Natalia Martynowicz.

Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz supervised all work on the transaction.

The transaction was negotiated and signed under extraordinary circumstances due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and with preserving all safety measures for all its participants.
