WARSAW – 7 February 2023 – Greenberg Traurig Warsaw advised AT Capital Group on the acquisition of a real estate property situated at the intersection of Grzybowska and Żelazna in the Wola district of Warsaw, one of the most prestigious locations in the city, from Golub Gethouse.
The acquisition of the property is AT Capital's first investment in Poland. The land plot will be developed with a 140-meter Liberty Tower designed as a mixed-use complex with residential units, rental apartments, offices and a hotel.
The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Partner Agnieszka Stankiewicz, who was supported by Senior Associate Agnieszka Gul-Czajkowska and Associates: Dominika Sitkiewicz, Izabela Szponar and Krzysztof Popławski as well as Rafał Ochmański. Local Partner Maciej Kacymirow and Associate Mateusz Rogulski advised on the tax aspects of the transaction.
