Ashley Keenan represents developers, lenders, equity investors, sponsors, and utilities in project development, project finance, and corporate transactions related to electrical generation, energy technology development, and infrastructure projects. She works with companies across the energy and banking sectors, handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings.

Ashley focuses her practice on renewable energy, conventional energy, and infrastructure development. She guides clients through the complexities of project finance, helping structure and negotiate financing arrangements for wind, solar, storage, and other renewable energy facilities. Her work includes drafting and negotiating power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, and construction contracts. Ashley also handles regulatory compliance matters and assists clients in navigating federal and state permitting processes for energy projects.

In corporate transactions, Ashley represents buyers, sellers, and investors in acquisitions and divestitures of energy assets and companies. She structures joint ventures between developers and investors, negotiates equity investments in renewable energy projects, and advises on corporate reorganizations. Her finance work encompasses representing borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured credit facilities, project financings, and capital markets transactions.
