Glenn A. Kleinbaum has broad experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions. A significant portion of Glenn's practice is devoted to representing "big box" retailers in connection with the acquisition, leasing and development of free-standing retail locations and anchor locations in shopping centers. Glenn also represents developers and landlords in connection with the acquisition, financing, development and sale of retail, office, industrial, and residential properties. In addition, Glenn has represented institutional lenders in connection with secured loan transactions and loan workouts, as well as in connection with their office and branch leasing.
