Glenn A. Kleinbaum has more than thirty years’ experience representing clients in real estate transactions with a concentration in commercial leasing. A significant portion of Glenn's practice is devoted to representing landlords and tenants in office, retail, warehouse, and industrial leasing across the United States. Glenn also represents developers and owners in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, and sale of office, retail, warehouse, and industrial properties. In addition, Glenn has represented institutional lenders in connection with secured loan transactions and workouts.

- Represented client disposing over 200 real estate leases and fee properties during its liquidation generating in excess of $350 million for the bankruptcy estate.
