He also represents private equity sponsors and affiliated entities in subscription line, general partner, and management company financings.
Earlier in his career as a corporate lawyer, Neal represented private equity sponsors in platform and add-on acquisitions, asset purchases, dispositions, and fund formation matters. This transactional foundation informs his practical, deal-oriented approach to financing work and his ability to counsel clients on related corporate matters.
