Cornelius “Neal” Loughery

Neal Loughery represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, public company borrowers, and lenders in a wide range of debt finance transactions. He handles financings involving a variety of debt capital structures across market segments, including secured, unsecured and subordinated financings, first lien, second lien, asset-based and mezzanine financings. He also represents private equity sponsors and affiliated entities in subscription line, general partner, and management company financings.

Earlier in his career as a corporate lawyer, Neal represented private equity sponsors in platform and add-on acquisitions, asset purchases, dispositions, and fund formation matters.
