• Participated in the works for PVE Group in connection with the financing of the construction of a 54 MWp solar PV portfolio located in Września, provided by PKO Bank Polski. The scope of advice included drafting and negotiating security documents and assisting with the satisfaction of conditions precedent.°
• Participated in the works for PKO Bank Polski in connection with the provision of consortium financing to an entity within the Unibaltic Group for the acquisition of a modern chemical tanker.°
• Participated in the works for Santander Bank Polska in connection with the provision of financing to Dragon Hotel Investments, the owner of the Metropolo by Golden Tulip hotel in Kraków, including drafting and negotiating the financing documentation.°
• Participated in the works for entities within the Tewox group (a fund managed by Lords LB Asset Management) in connection with obtaining a EUR 78 million loan provided by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG for the refinancing of six retail parks and the acquisition of two new retail parks located in Poland.°
• Participated in the works for a consortium of banks composed of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and PKO Bank Polski in connection with the provision of a loan of up to PLN 3 billion to PKP Intercity, to finance the acquisition of 42 double-deck express trains.°
• Participated in the works for Polish banks and borrowers in connection with the financing of a number of warehouse and residential projects.°
• Participated in legal due diligence processes in connection with the financing of numerous businesses.°
