Ryszard Rutkowski

• Participated in the work for R.Power Renewables in connection with a project finance facility for a portfolio of photovoltaic projects in Romania with a total capacity of approx. 75 MWp.
• Participated in the work for Respect Energy Group in connection with securing over PLN 326 million in preferential financing from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego under the National Recovery Plan (KPO) for the Zwartowo III project.
• Participated in the work for AP OZE in connection with the financing of over PLN 475 million, obtained from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for the construction of two solar PV plants with a combined capacity of more than 280 MW. The financing was provided under the Energy Support Fund, which is supported by Poland's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).
• Participated in the work for PVE Group in connection with the financing of the construction of a 54 MWp solar PV portfolio located in Września, provided by PKO Bank Polski. The scope of advice included drafting and negotiating security documents and assisting with satisfaction of conditions precedent.°
• Participated in the work for PKO Bank Polski in connection with the provision of consortium financing to an entity within the Unibaltic Group for the acquisition of a modern chemical tanker.°
• Participated in the work for Santander Bank Polska in connection with the provision of financing to Dragon Hotel Investments, the owner of the Metropolo by Golden Tulip hotel in Kraków, including drafting and negotiating the financing documentation.°
• Participated in the work for entities within the Tewox group (a fund managed by Lords LB Asset Management) in connection with obtaining a EUR 78 million loan provided by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG for the refinancing of six retail parks and the acquisition of two new retail parks located in Poland.°
• Participated in the work for a consortium of banks composed of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and PKO Bank Polski in connection with the provision of a loan of up to PLN 3 billion to PKP Intercity, to finance the acquisition of 42 double-deck express trains.°
• Participated in work for Polish banks and borrowers in connection with the financing of a number of warehouse and residential projects.°
• Participated in legal due diligence processes in connection with the financing of numerous businesses.°
