Ricarda Seifert is an associate in the IP & Technology team. She mainly advises national and international companies on commercial law and regulation, in particular in the areas of digital products, digital platforms, digital payment and financial services, e-commerce, general contract law, data protection, intellectual property and industrial property rights. Ricarda advises our clients on projects, cooperations, contracts and other forms of business, on compliance with applicable regulation, regulatory licenses and permissions as well as on disputes and litigation in all these areas.
