• Defended glass manufacturer against multimillion-dollar construction defect claim for delaminated glass and obtained award of attorney’s fees.
• Litigated Automated Clearing House (ACH) fraud claims on behalf of bank against depositor.
• Obtained and recovered multimillion-dollar judgment for defrauded investor in real estate investment scheme.
• Prosecuted numerous claims against borrowers and defended counterclaims asserted against financial institutions.
• Negotiated settlement of breach of contract, patent infringement and fraud claims allowing client (defendant) to share in proceeds of plaintiff's enterprise, rather than paying plaintiff.
• Obtained multimillion-dollar settlement for client where partner secretly attempted to establish competing business.
• Negotiated numerous financial workout agreements for financial institutions and factors.
• Defended preference actions in U.S. bankruptcy courts.
• Litigated numerous matters pertaining to high-value art work.
