Nicholas N. Palmer Inducted into International Society of Hospitality Consultants

WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 11, 2022 – Nicholas N. Palmer, a shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Hospitality Practice, was inducted into the 2022 membership class of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC).

Palmer focuses his practice on commercial real estate and hospitality matters, including the acquisition, disposition, management, franchising, licensing, and branding of hotels and resorts. Palmer also represents clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of office, retail, and mixed-use properties. He regularly prepares and negotiates various hotel and other real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, hotel management agreements, franchise agreements, leases, loan documents, and numerous other documents relating to the ownership, management and use of hotels and other real property.
