BERLIN – July 6, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig advised real estate developer and investor EDGE on the formation of a joint venture with Primus Immobilien AG for the development of rental housing in Berlin-Schöneberg.
The joint venture intends to develop a mixed-use quarter in Berlin-Schöneberg. Construction is scheduled to start in early 2027.
