FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Aug. 26, 2026 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. represented CheckedUp, a specialty point-of-care health care education and engagement platform, in connection with Providence Equity Partners’ acquisition of a majority stake in the company.
The partnership is expected to support CheckedUp’s continued growth, including the expansion of its provider network and therapeutic-area footprint, investment in new products and technology, and advancement of its measurement, data, and analytics capabilities, according to the company’s press release.
Founded in 2012, CheckedUp is a health care media company operating at the specialty point of care, connecting patients, health care providers, and life sciences companies. CheckedUp reaches more than 17,000 specialty health care providers and 15 million patients. The platform works with the majority of the top 40 pharmaceutical manufacturers, delivering clinically relevant education and brand information at the point of care.
